A corporate floor where the approach to reception had to feel considered from the lift doors onward — the ceiling does the work the floorplate could not.
A banquet floor shown as it is handed over: the ceiling, lighting and stone are the fixed part, and everything above them changes with each booking.
A glazed lounge over the atrium, photographed on handover day — the fitted work is complete and the loose furniture is still in its delivery wrap.
A sales office for a residential tower, where the visitor has to be sold on the flats before seeing one — so the lobby, the lounge and the show apartment are three registers of the same finish palette.
A paediatric ward floor where every fixed element — bed-head panel, curtain track, gas outlet — is a clinical requirement, and the work was making the room read as anything other than clinical.
How it runs

A site visit, a measured drawing, and a long conversation about how the space has to work. No design happens before this.

Layouts and 3D views arrive with the bill of quantities attached, so you are never approving a look without knowing its price.

One team on site against a dated schedule. Weekly photographs, so you can follow the work without living at the site.

We walk the space with you, list what is not right, and fix it before handover — not after you have moved in.
A finished interior is carpentry, electrical,plumbing and painting arriving in the rightorder. Somebody has to hold that schedule.
